1. What BookCrater is

BookCrater is a digital training product: a structured course, a set of interactive tools, and a reference toolkit that teach a method for evaluating and reselling used books. It is sold as a single-payment digital product. It is not a business opportunity, a franchise, a guarantee of income, or a subscription service.

2. Purchases and access

When you buy BookCrater, you make a single payment and receive access to the Core course, the Advanced course, all interactive tools, and the Toolkit, tied to an individual account. Access is indefinite — for as long as BookCrater continues to offer the product — and is not limited to a single device. Living resources within the product, such as the Buyer Directory and Search-Term Bank, are kept current while they are actively maintained; BookCrater does not promise updates in perpetuity, and does not use the phrase "lifetime updates."

3. Acceptable use

Your purchase is for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or share your account access or the course content with people who have not purchased it. Screenshots, quotes, or short excerpts used for personal reference are fine; reproducing substantial portions of the paid course, the full Buyer Directory, the full Search-Term Bank, or the underlying decision-tree logic of the five mechanisms is not.

4. Earnings disclaimer

BookCrater teaches a method. It does not guarantee income, the availability of free or cheap inventory in your area, buyer or vendor acceptance of any specific book, or any particular resale value. Any results mentioned on this site or inside the product — including training-time milestones like "First Collection" or "First Payout" — describe how the course is structured, not a promise about what you personally will earn or how quickly. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside BookCrater's control: what's available where you live, current market and vendor conditions, book condition, the time you invest, and how consistently you apply the method.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under a 14-day window from the date of purchase. See the full Refund Policy for how to request one and what to expect.

6. Changes to the product

BookCrater may update lesson content, tools, and reference data over time to keep the product accurate and current. Purchasers of the product receive these updates as part of their existing access, at no additional charge, while the product remains actively maintained.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BookCrater is provided "as is." While the content is researched and fact-checked before publication, BookCrater makes no warranty that any specific vendor, marketplace, or buyback policy referenced in the product will remain unchanged after publication — the product's living resources exist precisely because these things change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookCrater is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
