Refund Policy

If BookCrater isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No form to fill out, no reason required. That's the whole policy — the rest of this page is the detail.
How to request a refund
Email support@bookcrater.com from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of your purchase date, and let us know you'd like a refund. We aim to confirm and process refunds within a few business days.
What happens to your access
Once a refund is processed, access to the Core course, Advanced course, tools, and Toolkit is removed from your account. If you change your mind later, you're welcome to purchase again at the price available at that time.
How the refund is paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
After 14 days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis — email us and explain the situation. We can't promise a refund outside the window, but we'll always respond honestly.
